1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD on most products across India. A small COD handling fee may apply depending on your location.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within:

•3–5 working days in metro cities

•5–8 working days in other cities

•7–10 working days in remote areas.

3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page. Just enter your order ID or tracking number.

4. What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

5. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 applies.

6. Are your products safe?

Yes! All our self-care products are sourced from trusted suppliers and safe for regular use. Our pet accessories are designed to be pet-friendly and easy to use.

7. My order was marked “RTO” (Return to Origin). What does this mean?

This usually happens if the courier could not reach you or the order was refused. You can place a new order, but repeated COD refusals may require prepaid payment for future orders.
